Korui Technology's major customers in the mobile terminal field have very high requirements for product quality. They not only need to test every function of each product one by one, but also strive for accurate and reliable testing results. Therefore, they have very high requirements for testing equipment. And Kerui Technology continues to innovate, accumulating a large amount of independent technology, winning long-term recognition from customers with excellent products and services.

Taking calibration technology as an example. 3D camera detection equipment has very high requirements for calibration technology. When Kore Technology began developing related products, the industry generally used backlight assisted transparent test plates, which were then manually calibrated.

Through in-depth research, the technical team of Korey Technology has formed a uniform testing space on the surface of the test plate through multiple reflections of the light source, and achieved automatic calibration through independent algorithms. At the same time, they have independently developed an integrated optical box calibration platform to ensure the mass production accuracy and consistency of the equipment.

The professional ability of Kori Technology has been highly recognized by customers. Once upon a time, there was a well-known overseas enterprise that initially commissioned Korui Technology to develop laboratory equipment. However, the products delivered by Korui Technology could not only be used for small-scale production verification of customer products, but also for meeting the testing needs of customers on their production lines. Therefore, this customer is very confident in maintaining a long-term and in-depth cooperative relationship with Korui Technology.

By continuously collaborating with top clients in the industry to achieve a model of intelligent manufacturing, Korey Technology has mastered a large amount of Know How and gradually mastered independent algorithms, forming positive development capabilities, and thus possessing the most complete mobile phone detection solution in the industry.

Prototype validation

In January 2014, a client's idea was presented to the engineers at Kori Technology:

Develop automated equipment to produce mobile phone lithium batteries using lamination process, and integrate the two processes of die-cutting and lamination.

But the specific implementation is not clear to the customers, and there are no practical cases to refer to in the entire industry.

A brand new field, complex structure, higher speed and accuracy requirements, require the comprehensive application of various technologies such as position control, speed control, torque control, and linear motor control. For the current Korey technology, this is still a brand new proposition. But the Kerui people who dared to be the first in the world were not intimidated by difficulties. Everyone keenly realized that after the success of this project, it would set a new industry example.

After taking on the task, Korey Technology quickly established a project team consisting of 3 electrical engineers, 1 software engineer, 6 mechanical engineers, and 1 project manager. After more than 2 months of hard work, Korey Technology pioneered the industry and successfully developed the active unwinding technology for isolation films, solving the core problem of constant tension high-speed unwinding technology for isolation films in cutting and stacking integrated machines.

In April 2015, Korui Technology completed the delivery of the prototype and validated the customer's idea. However, the other two suppliers invited by the customer at the same time chose to give up halfway due to a lack of hope.

The successful trial production of this prototype not only sets a precedent in the industry, but also becomes a new industry model.

In 2018, the product began to increase in volume, bringing hundreds of millions of yuan in revenue to Kore Technology that year and laying the technological foundation for further development of power battery laminating machines.

Equipment commissioning

In 2017, Korui Suzhou received orders from the largest electronic cigarette brand customer in the United States. After the initial debugging of the equipment is completed in Shenzhen, it will be immediately sent to the Korui Suzhou factory. After the final debugging is completed, it will be delivered to the customer.

But during the debugging in Suzhou, it was found that there was a grade difference in the materials used at this time compared to the materials used during the initial debugging in Shenzhen, which resulted in the equipment being unable to be successfully debugged.

But as the delivery date approaches, the project team has decided that fulfilling commitments is the top priority. So more than 70 engineers urgently gathered, striving to quickly solve this emergency situation and ensure that the equipment meets the promised performance as scheduled.

Due to the time difference, engineers have to communicate with American clients during the day and work continuously at night to implement the proposed plan in the shortest possible time. They have to work until two or three in the morning every day.

The final result is that, as promised, Korui Technology sends out two lines to customers every week. The customer was very satisfied after using it and kept adding orders, increasing from 20 units to 60 units and then to 140 units.

In December 2018, the customer added 40 devices and requested to send them to Mexico. Korui Technology dispatched 50 engineers to Mexico. Although we were in a foreign land, with unfamiliar environment and unfamiliar diet, we were able to successfully complete the task one month ahead of schedule due to our skilled skills and scientific arrangements.

In July 2020, the customer needs assistance from Kore Technology to move their equipment from Mexico to the United States. At this time, during the most severe period of the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States, Korey Technology still overcame difficulties and sent a team of 10 people to fight for three months, successfully completing the task.

After 2021, Korey Technology will make its third leap and become a public enterprise with brand influence.
